Although my account health was 100%. There was no issue with the account. I have gone through Amazon’s drop shipping policy, right there I can see that we can only be violating Amazon’s drop shipping policy if we have used 3rd party supplier to fulfil the order. And I haven’t received any feedback from any of my buyer they they have received the product from third party supplier nor their was any message from the buyer that they have received product from 3rd party supplier. Still, Amazon has put the account under review for 7 days and then sent the drop shipping violation. Do any of you know how to tackle this issue? What kind of plan of action do I need to submit?

Feedback doesn’t matter. Were you dropshipping? There are very strict rules on how you can dropship and if you weren’t following all of those rules you are in violation

If you were dropshipping you need to write a very good POA explaining why you were wrong and explain how you can never do it again.

Probably won’t help as you got this

We have to know exactly what you are doing to advise.

What did you violate in the above link?

Sounds like you got caught drop shipping.

Write a plain of action and hope amazon reads it

I thought I deleted that part after I wrote it! GEEZ!

Well, another drop shipper gets hit.

Post your POA for help on it but I wouldn’t hold out to much hope for reinstatement unless you can prove to Amazon you are worth reinstating.

Hello @BZ_Products,

This is Sonny from Amazon, here to help with next steps. Thank you for sharing your original performance notification for the reason your was account deactivated. You shared:

@Mike64220 made some great points, a plan of action will need to include clear root cause of the drop shipping violation(s) taking place. A few questions to consider in identifying the root cause:

  • Do you have inventory in your possession to fulfil buyer orders?
  • What is your business model in fulfilling orders?
  • Do you ship orders directly from your supplier?
  • Have you reviewed the Amazon drop shipping policy from your notification above, in detail?

Here is a great help page to provide insight, and here is why you should read it:

Purchasing products from another online retailer and having that retailer ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the other online retailer) appears on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging, it is strictly prohibited without exception.

Additionally, you will need to explain what you have done to correct the violations and how you will prevent any future occurrence.

I hope these points can help you with your next steps. The forums community is here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you going forward.
