Why did this happen?
We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410.
After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account. If we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
You can view your account performance at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_suspend or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health page shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.
Although my account health was 100%. There was no issue with the account. I have gone through Amazon’s drop shipping policy, right there I can see that we can only be violating Amazon’s drop shipping policy if we have used 3rd party supplier to fulfil the order. And I haven’t received any feedback from any of my buyer they they have received the product from third party supplier nor their was any message from the buyer that they have received product from 3rd party supplier. Still, Amazon has put the account under review for 7 days and then sent the drop shipping violation. Do any of you know how to tackle this issue? What kind of plan of action do I need to submit?
