I randomly received an email “We have closed your Amazon Pay account, canceled any pending transactions, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your account. Any new accounts you open will be closed.” It said the actions taken were due to violation of the Acceptable Use Police, specifically, "the policy prohibits the use of our payment service for any transactions involving charitable solicitations by any entity without a valid 501©(3) tax exempt status."I represent the nonprofit company and have had IRS documents submitted and verified. After following the appeal process, Amazon has not replied in over 30 days. Please help!
