I am writing about the recent suspension of my Amazon account.

I received an identity verification request on April 1, and I promptly completed and submitted all required documents on the same day. According to Amazon's guidelines, identity verification is typically completed within 2 business days, but as of today, my account remains suspended, and the status still shows “verification in progress.”

I respectfully request that my case be reviewed urgently, as this delay is impacting my ability to operate. All documentation was submitted accurately and on time, and I am fully committed to complying with Amazon's policies.

I need your help to remove this Vine review - who the person stated did NOT even test the product but chose to give me a 2-star negative review and claim the product is not safe!

Everything this person wrote is misleading, inaccurate, and dangerous.

I have already contacted seller support and they told me they can't help me but to report it, which I did multiple times but the review is still up on the product listing.

Second, I emailed community-help with all the information and the review is still up. I cannot write a public response to this person and I cannot contact them through Amazon message system because they have declined communication. I am lost on what to do here as a new seller.

Please help!

Not the first time I've had this problem...it seems to take an act of God or Mod to get any meaningful help for it...

Seller Support won't actually take the time to understand the issue. I sell novelty challenge coins. No precious metals and no gemstones, not rare or collectible. There is a coin I've had in the past that has become popular suddenly again and I want to re-open my listing. The product detail page still exists and I have the ASIN but it says the product is restricted and needs approval to sell. I can see that it was somehow re-categorized as a "collectible coin" at some point. I requested a category change and it was approved, but the gating was not removed and Seller Support doesn't understand - just keeps telling me that they're not accepting applications to sell this product right now.

Any advice?

I recently encountered an Identity Verification Violation, but I have completed all the necessary steps, including submitting my documents and attending the video verification appointment. I received the following confirmation email from your team:

"Thank you for completing your video appointment. We have completed our review and no further action is required on your part. You are now eligible to sell on Amazon.com."

However, when I try to access my seller account, it remains inactive, and I still see the following message:

"Identity Verification: Your document and information are being analyzed and we may contact you by email for further clarification within 2 business days."

It seems like a technical issue is preventing my account from being fully activated despite having successfully completed the verification process. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and activating my account as soon as possible.
