A wrong click had Our reply to Negative Feedback disappear

HELP! On a learning curve with this first Negative Feeback. Posted a reply and then clicked to have “Removed” thinking that was the link to ask Amazon to remove but instead it removed our reply - with no way to get a reply back in.
Has anyone else had this experience and were you able to get your response to the feedback put back on?
If so how?
Yee Gads! It’s a $8 item! And the busiest time of the year for us.
It’s no wonder Sellers give full refunds without question!
