Sorry to ask so many questions, but I’m trying to understand the details.
If she was claiming Item Not As Described, it would be appropriate to send a prepaid return label because the buyer is considered not at fault in this situation.
You would then defend against the claim by stating that you sent a prepaid label which the buyer received (and copy the text from the buyer’s message into your defense–Amazon won’t go and look it up), and now you are waiting for the item’s return.
It’s too late now to do that. The decision has already been made.
