360° Spin Image Account Requirements

Hello,

Is this feature only for Vendor accounts or are regular Amazon Sellers allowed to request support upload the 360 spin files to our ASINs?

Could not find anything in the Amazon help section that they wrote themselves and only found info in the forums. Asking Amazon support gave us mixed responses. If anyone could assist and possibly give a link to where this is mentioned, I would appreciate it.

Those are for the image and zip requirements. We already know that part thankfully. What we want to clarify is if this feature of being able to have 360 spin images is for Vendor accounts or all seller accounts?

360° View is open to all Sellers, but not all ASINs, and there is no self-service upload option at this time. Can you send me the Seller Support case you opened for this?
