Why are FBA orders with multiple units shipped together not discounted on the fulfillment fees?

Wondering other sellers thoughts on multiple unit FBA order fees.
With Multi Channel fulfillment you get a discount on the Fulfillment fee for orders with multiple units but not on FBA orders.
We get a lot of wholesale or bulk inquiries from business customers but it makes it very difficult to offer them much discount because the FBA fee is charged for every unit shipped.

This changed a few years back. Put some people out of business.
You can simply sell it FBM for the wholesale or bulk. Then you do not have to worry about FBA fees.
And yes, you can list as both FBA and FBM at the same time. You may want to look into B2B on Amazon.
