Did anybody meet the problem that amazon has said finished the payment while we still have not gotten the previous payment? We got the email said that A transfer was made to your bank account ending in xxx in the amount of $xxx on Nov 22, 2019. Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account before.
However, up to now, we have not gotten the payment.
It has been 12 days.
We have contacted to seller support and told us the transfer id and signature id, then we confirmed with the bank, while they said they have not the payment.
What can we do?
we are so worried about that.
