Well @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEy, you are in luck as we are happy to announce the launch of the new “Follow Discussion” feature on Seller Forums, so our sellers will never miss an update on the conversations that matter to them most.

This new feature is easy to use!

Simply click the new “Follow” button on any discussion of interest and you’ll get a pop-up on the Notifications tab whenever there is new activity.

You’ll also be able to see a summary of your Followed discussions in the new Follow filters on the home, discussions, and profile pages.

Also just in case you caught it in the screenshot above, the ability to follow sellers and Community Manager is coming soon. Please stay tuned!

Tax Verification (In Progress)

For the INFORM Consumers Act, I already declared last month and suddenly i'm having this message "Your account is at risk of deactivation".

This is really shocking to us. Such messaging is really terrible.

What I can see is "Tax Verification (In Progress)" and I can't do anything else. When I declared, I merely accepted what I submitted last year so what's the problem and when can it be resolved?

Bank Verification is taking forever!! Its been over a month and our bank is not verified yet. We cannot have our funds deposited because Amazon does not let us assign a bank account until the bank account is verified. Anyone else having this issue?

this is a toy that contains small and acceptable lithium ion batteries and I sell it FBA in the US. But when i try to activate the remote FBA program says ineligible and also when I look for international listing it says restricted to sell in UK and some euro countries. Any idea how to lift that

My Funds stuck since more than 90 days

Hello, My account is deactivated for more than 90 Days, so Amazon has asked me to verify the seller's identity and supply chain through video verification to disburse the remaining funds to my account. I received a link to join the video call, i did it on my iPhone in Safari browser as suggested by Amazon. And when I clicked the join video call button, it is said that an associate will join you soon, and then my front-facing camera turned on all permissions like mic and cam. But i m staying in a place for like an hour, but no associate joins the video call. This is not expected from Amazon, i mean for an hour no associate, then i tried with Chrome browser and still no associate, and i repeated it more then 20 times, how can i get my funds if no one will join the video call for verification, i am depressed and getting in debt day by day due to this, this is completely unfair. please, i want my funds back!

Best way to sell used book inventory as a lot?

I don't think I can offer it here, can't remember, it's been a while. I listed on my local FB page and CL. About 150 books and I will throw in a nice wood bookcase. Also listed on EBay with local pickup. I am NOT interested in converting to FBA, I am retired and just want to get out of the business. Should I just give up and donate them somewhere?

I recently submitted my INFORM Consumers Act verification using the same information as last year. However, a few days later, I received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation," with the Tax ID verification still in progress and no actions available except to wait.

I contacted support, who said it was a technical error and advised me to wait 72 hours for resolution. But it's more than 72 hours, and I still have this warming.

How can I cancel FBA without canceling my account?

I want to still sell my items on Amazon Seller Central but would like to cancel Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) since I have all my inventory here at home and have my own shipping skills.

URGENT-LONG TIME SELLER SUSPENDED

Hi Amazon Community,

Im a long time seller and have been wrongfully suspended. Amazon keeps asking me for proof of delivery for recent fulfilled orders, we constantly provide them the information and they keep rejecting our appeals. Our orders are all shipped via FEDEX 2 day, and Fedex provided picture delivery for each and every order. We have sent amazon a file with 10,000 orders confirmed delivered and they are still denying our appeals. Im not sure what else to do at this point.

-- Evidence of delivery or verify that currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

-- You may be missing critical business information from your account to validate positive buyer-seller history across other sales channels. Provide supporting documents that includes but are not limited to business website and email or company bank information.

-- We have observed a significant increase to your sales or an unusual change in your selling patterns. Please provide us supporting evidence that you have inventory to fulfill all of the orders placed. This includes but is not limited to copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days.
