USPS tracking is all messed up and delayed. Does anyone have a general statement I can send to me that i can pass on to my customers explaining this situation.
Extend your handling time. Consider turning off International shipments.
Everyone knows shipping has slowed down, just some are looking to take advantage of it. USPS is skipping some scans. Media mail is sitting for weeks. If someone asks, just politely respond due to COVID 19, staffing levels have dropped at some USPS locations and extra pre-cautions are being taken to protect the staff and you to ensure all stay as safe as possible and this can result in a delay.
