UPS told me that they lost my packages and they need to wait until Amazon call them. I wrote 8 times to Amazon and nobody can make a reasonable answer, they only said that I need to wait until to see something in the Reconcilie Tab I read in the Help and it says that When my packages will be arrive and have the status Received, the process can go In the Reconcilie Tab. Thats incredible, is a circle and no solution.
Which is the successful process? Has anyone resolve this problem?
If you used amazon shipping account than you likely need to wait 30-45 days before you can open a claim with amazon for missing packages.
I generated the label by the Amazon Seller App. Its possible that I can accelerate this process?
Can I make a claim in UPS, too?
Thanks for your response. And how about the fee of 39.99 dollars that I cant pay in this month because I cant sell nothing? Can I claim to Amazon to exonerate this fee for this month? Is not my fault this lost.
