Trying to post used item with brand condition restrictions
Good evening, I am trying to list a dewalt drill under the asin B00IJ0ALYS. Posting it with mws gives me a

You are not authorized to list products under this brand. To sell products under this brand, please try adding one of your SKUs under this brand through the ‘Add a Product’ page and follow the application instructions.
and a

Merchant is not authorized to sell products under this restricted product group.
So I try though the manage inventory->add items and the restriction is Refurbished condition. My XML has the condition set to

I can post the drill with the web interface but not MWS. Any suggestions?

Does your MWS initial listing use the same Refurbished condition?

No my MWS listing uses UsedVeryGood as the ConditionType.

What I see is Amazon has gated these for “New/Like New” and only allows “Used.”
Limitations:
One would think that would allow for your upload though since you are going UVG.
