For my products on Amazon, the category I set is correct.
But Amazon’s system puts it in an unrelated category.
I have tried to contact customer service to change.
But it doesn’t seem to work, because they say it depends on how the user searches for the product.
But this simply doesn’t make sense, because the product has nothing to do with the category it’s assigned to.
Have you ever had a similar problem?
