There was an order customer who filed a claim from A to Z on September 7 because he never received the package.
But the logistics showed that we did deliver it.
Amazon sent us an email on September 18th with the following content:
Dear seller,
We closed the Amazon Marketplace transaction protection claim for order ### in the amount of $96.51 because the buyer withdrew the claim. You do not need to take any action at this time, but if the buyer re-files a claim, we will continue to investigate and may contact you. If this claim is still pending, we will not count the claim into your order defect rate.
After I received the message that this claim will no longer be included in the order defect rate, I refunded the customer.
But on October 1st, we found that this order was included in the order defect rate again? ? ? And has been approved. . .
Why did this happen? I would not refund if I knew it.
