Shipment delivered on June 6 still not checked in

Does anyone have the same issue with FTW1? if do so , did you find a way to solve tehis? My shipment was delivered on June 6, and today it’s June 26, still not checked in.

In my experience, usually small box shipments are checked in and received faster than pallet shipments. I sent a pallet of merchandise to the Dallas warehouse and it took 13 days after delivery to be checked in. I send boxes of merchandise to the same warehouse and it takes about 2-3 days for those to be checked in. Patience is the key!! T
