Sent items with wrong label to amazon
hi if anyone could help first time wanted to try do amazon and i sent boxes of items but just now found out that printed wrong labels on one of the boxes. What is best sollution? just recall it or smth? its not showing anything in inventory yet but amazon just recieved it today

Be careful that none will get mixed up though. It’s easy if all the boxes are the same if not… I am not sure.

Save yourself the headaches and the “escalating to the concerned team” emails and submit a removal order as soon as you can.

Since your shipments shows received, recall won’t be an option.
Close your listing for all effected ASINs, including the “40 items” and “another product” so you won’t get hit by “wrong item” ODR, it could kill you account as a new seller.
Submit removal request to have them returned to you, re-lable and ship.
