Requesting Assistance from Amazon Sellers

Good morning Amazon Sellers,

The first and second scheduled payment dates have already passed.
I have not received any payments after 9 days of first disbursement. Amazon Seller Central shows wrong credit account information ( only 3 digits , instead of the last four digits are listed on the account, missing last number). I’ve tried to update it but I cannot verify this incorrect account number. The account was verified by Amazon before it was approved but now, I am unable to verify it.

In order for me to fix the account, Amazon requires me to verify the previous account information.
However, since what is listed online is incorrect, I am unable to update the account.
I have already created a case, but I am getting nowhere.
I have not been able to speak to any Seller Support member, and the Customer Service members I spoke to said they could not connect me to Seller Support.
I have been dealing with this issue for almost a week now.

Please let me know if anyone has encountered this exact issue or a similar issue.

If so, please let me know how to reach and speak to a Seller Support member.
If not, what guidance would you offer?
