Request to log in set up 2 step verification, but login restrict!
Our amazon.ca account under review because we add a deposit account.
Request us to reset the password to login to set up 2-step verification.
But we found that we could not log in at all. We have tried 10 times to reset the password.
At last, seller support said the account log in restrict.
They ask to log in to set up 2 step verification to finish account review, but they also restrict your log in!!
So you can never solve the problem and they can keep your money forever?

I don’t know if they want your money but I do understand sellers are the last one to be considered for amazon.
Some of the rules are very bad for sellers.
