I am requesting a SnapShot and the server returns:

The API Docs say that we should get a “Retry-After” parameter in the response, but it is not there. I have tried waiting, even over night, but still get the same response. Other Requests work, e.g., listCampaignsEx.

Can anyone provide ANY insight on this?
