How did you change the orientation of the original? If you are using Windows, instead of opening the file and rotating it in whatever photo editor you are using and then saving, just right click on the icon of the file and select “rotate left” or “rotate right” and re-upload.

I had the same issue yesterday. i cut the image down a bit & it uploaded correctly.
