I cannot run Marketing Campaigns due to Payment Failure. I changed the payment method and have tried different credit and debit cards but it doesn’t allow me to tun campaigns. PLEASE, I NEED HELP ASAP. Have anyone had this problem?

Same issue just experienced now. They mentioned that my overall balance was negative and they couldnt do the deduction which doesnt make sense as it happened before (Seller account ad charge on negative balance). I changed the charge to debit card and waiting to see what happens now
It can take 24 to 72 hours to resolve but ive had it resolved in 3 hours! Really depends on the “system” reseting for you and hoew many payments it has to deal with
Having the same issue, changed payment method several times to no avail. Seller support said they needed to escalate this however it has been nearly a week and the issue still hasn’t been resolved Very disappointed
