OTP is not being sent to email address

I attempted to change my password and was prompted to the OTP page, that stated that they sent a code to the email address on file. The problem is that I have not received an OTP, I hit the resent button hoping at least that the original OTP would be presented but I did not receive any OTP. What can I do to access my account?

Do you still have access to Seller Central from any device? If so, first confirm the correct email address. You may want to add an authenticator app (we use Google).
