MWS Developer Access Keys - How long does it take?

Hello fellow sellers,

For the last 4 years or so, I have been developing automations for my own usage.

Now I would like some other seller to use my software, and that’s why I asked Amazon to delete my account API key, and decided to apply for a MWS Developer Key instead.

I received this message from Amazon:

Thank you for completing the Developer Registration and Assessment.

We will update your MWS access based on this assessment. Your MWS access will be updated in 2 weeks as outlined in the attached document. Please review the changes to your access and ensure your business automations will remain functional after this update. We will update this case with a notice of changes to your access 24hrs prior to implementation.

However, after 20+ days nothing happened yet, MWS Support remains completely unresponsive, and neither I nor my friend are able to use my software.

Does any of you have a clue of how long it may take?

It takes a VERY LONG time. I asked for my Developer ID to be reactivated last Feb and that is still not fully resolved. They will eventually answer if your case is open.
