I guess this was discussed before with no resolution. Amazon has refunded customers for missing delivery deadlines on FBA orders, and now they are saying that we are not eligible for reimbursement. If Amazon missed the deadline, how are we responsible?
Anytime Amazon issues a refund, if the product is not returned to your inventory in 45 days, you should be reimbursed.
