Has anyone else experienced this before? Any information or help would be appreciated.
Started happening 72 hours ago. No performance notifications, no emails, nothing from support. Cases open for 72 hours and nothing so far. Amazon Account Health department did a full look at our account and sees 0 reason why this is happening.
See pic, this is what we are getting. Again, account is in good standing, selling tons of items every day. Completely puzzling to us and causing issues for our other marketplaces.

Were you recently suspended and reinstated in any Amazon marketplace?
Wanted to let everyone know Amazon sent me an email last night and said “we have resolved the error” and its working again now for me.
So apparently its an internal thing, that was on their end. They didnt say anything else about the issue. But I’m glad it was resolved.
Nothing working for us at this time. Still won’t allow us to process an order. It’s pretty frustrating. Seller Support says it’s not their area and Seller Performance doesn’t respond or even acknowledge an email. It’s crazy how unaccountable things have gotten.
I’ve never heard of the Account Health Dept. Did you just make that up?
Latest from Amazon. It seems to be a bigger deal than thought.
