to keep stealing products ?
we have lost two valuable jewelry pcs one on july 31st and another in sep 24th, we dont ship a lot we ship for the july 31st shipment we shipped 11 pcs and for sep 24th only 3pcs and after opening a sealed box the ware house person littreally keeps one in the pocket, we just dont get it , when we open and investigation amazon always says we shipped less…how is it possible, as now days we have started also writting the weight of the parcel on the label and from today even the quantity.
this has become very common and i am super scared how to deal with this and make sure it does not happen…
any suggestion any body …how i even claim insurance as the whole shipment reaches but then someone cherry picks the pcs and then claims we shipped short …
will appreciate any advice…
