My seller account was deactivated due to“no sales activity in the past 90 days.”I have submitted all required documents (business license, ID, utility bill, etc.) and submitted a detailed explanation of the reason why we registered this account but did not have any sales records (e.g., store registration background). However, 9 months have passed, and my appeals remain unresolved. Here’s what I’ve faced:
1. Account Health Dashboard –Display that the review has been completed but no reason for rejection has been given.
2. Seller Support Cases – Only received generic responses, no real assistance.
3. Multiple Appeals Submitted – Tried different approaches, but no progress.
Current Issues:
- No clarity on whether my appeal was reviewed or missed.
- No way to contact a human reviewer; support tickets yield no help.
Questions for the Community:
1. Has anyone successfully reactivated an account “after 90-day inactivity suspension”? How?
2. @Amazon Seller Support – Can you please check why this appeal hasn’t been processed?
