Item returned to sender, resend or make them reorder?

by Seller_eJUGhO2Kash8A

So have a customer that sent a request to have the order send to a PO box. The order was shipped last week and tracking shows it is being returned to sender for address issue. now buyer asked for us to send to PO box, which is not on the invoice. Do I relabel it and send it out or refund them and ask them to reorder it with the correct shipping address on the order?

Thanks…

Correct address for the re-order else you will lose.

You refund the buyer and ask that they place a new order with a correct address.
Amazon does not have a way to track replacement shipments for 3rd party sellers.

Refund them and tell them to place a new order with the correct address.

Amazon does not recognize if you reship the order and you may find yourself out the item and the payment for it.
