I am writing to follow up regarding the deactivation of my account, which has been linked to another account beginning with "V.P WORLD STORE"—an account I do not recognize and with which I have no known association.
As previously explained, my account was managed by a third-party service provider. I have already submitted the following documentation:
The service agreement I had with the third-party provider
The termination agreement confirming the end of our relationship
Proof of payments made to the third-party
A detailed letter explaining the nature of the relationship and the timeline of when it ended
Despite submitting this information, my account remains deactivated. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what additional documentation may be required to further support my case and clearly demonstrate that I am no longer, and have not been, associated with the other account in question.
Additionally, I would like to understand what other steps or documentation are necessary to move forward with reactivating my account.
