I ship a pallet to Amazon on 8/25/2020 and the items are still in the “inbounding” category. Why is this taking 5 months?

Who picked up the pallet? If it’s a major carrier (not Amazon logistics), call the carrier and ask them for proof of delivery. You’ll need the signed BOL from when it was picked up.
