How do I accurately track customer shipments?
We’re new to using FBA and I’m trying to gauge how fast the Standard and Expedited shipping options are getting to customers, so I can adjust the shipping on my website. Looking for any recommended 3rd party tracking sites or amazon if possible.

I’m assuming you mean creating a fulfillment order with product you have at FBA, correct?
If so: I haven’t done one of these since before COVID struck so I can’t vouch for current transit times, but at that time, Standard would be roughly 2-4 business days and Expedited would be roughly 1-2 business days. Depending on the time of day the order was submitted on Amazon.
The shipping service we used to track it was Shipstation. The order would update from “pending fulfillment” to “shipped” automatically.
