Holiday selling metrics issue

by Seller_6mJHEECFHmwKZ

We received a negative feedback back in august for an issue I have no idea about. The customer ordered an Item and we sent the exact item they ordered, yet they sent a message they were unhappy saying its not the item they ordered its a cheaper model and they want the difference back. they wotn be charged double and scamming them and they claimed we offered no returns.

We double checked their order and we sent the correct one that was ordered and we responded to their message asking waht exactly was wrong and we could certainly do a return. We were very confused by what exactly happened since the item and everything looks fine. Of course they never responded to the message (amazon messages are the worst!!!) and just left a negative saying we scammed them and we didnt offer returns.

now our orders lately have been way down and our ODR was under 1% but with the lack of sales it has now been just over 1% for a week or two like 1.04%. we are very worried this is going to screw us with selling in toys and games for the holiday season.

Is this going to screw us for selling toys and games? is there any appeal amazon would accept if they do tell us we cant sell in toys and games? Its also still showing on our account metrics and its been a week now past the 60 days so not sure why its even still showing.
