Hello … A month ago I sent in my first shipment. Amazon had split the shipment to 4 warehouses. Needless to say, two were too small and not cost effective. I am working with Inventory Lab.
I (stupidly) deleted the items inside the two small shipments … and sent in the two large shipments. Then I learned that deleting the items didn’t delete the shipments.
So my onboard rep from Amazon told me to delete the two small shipments.
My question is this: the items that were in those two shipments are still not sent in. Should I just re-scan them, give them new barcodes, and add to another shipments … as if this mistake didn’t happen?
I’ve reached out to Amazon for their advice. Haven’t heard back.
