For several days when I check my feedback, no feedbacks are given. It says it is displaying for the last 365 days but nothing is given although the graph shows 6 in jus the last 30 days. I am not given the individual ones on a list like we use to.

You probably just haven’t received any feedback. An extremely small percentage of customers leave feedback and (at least in my experience) dissatisfied customers are far more likely to leave feedback then are satisfied customers. So if nothing else take solace in the fact that you’ve received no negative feedback!

Feedbacks are based on your sales. on an Average, they come at a rate of 1-3 per 100 sales. Now see if your feedback rate fits the average.
