So Ive been an Amazon US seller for close to 10 years.(both FBA and FBM). My wife was presented with a great job offer that would require us to relocate to the UK for 6-8 months of the year.
My understanding is that I can either register a new Amazon UK account or I can link a UK account to my current US. Both options have their pros and cons but after doing some research i think it best to register a new Amazon UK account.
I have well trained employees and a streamlined process that would allow me to manage the day to day operations for my current US business remotely. However, it took me years to train and develop that process, a task which to me right now seems would be daunting to recreate specially in a foreign country.
Have any other sellers out there done something similar? Would you be willing to share your experience and convey what pitfalls I should be on the lookout for? Were there any 3rd party services you recommend to help the process?
Any advice would be sincerely appreciated…
