We currently do not have a gredit card on file. Are our customers still able to order and how can we process orders? We currently get a " Credit Card Invalid" message and cannot log in.

Are you talking about your Amazon Seller Account or Amazon Payments?
With invalid credit card error you will be normally locked out of the Seller Central until you update it using this link:
