My account was suspended for credit card verifications. Was able to submit documents but still not reactivated. While reading issues here in the forum i learned that supporting documents should exactly match the name and address dot by dot with your credit card, so what I did is to change my charge method, replaced the one they did charge backs and added a new credit card which has a more consistent name and address from the rest of my supporting documents.
My question is, is this okay to change it while there’s an on-going appeal? I already did changed it and sent an action plan to seller-performance@amazon.com. Waiting for reply.
