This is what I send buyers and they are able to remove it
Here are instructions on how to remove the incorrectly left feedback:
if you can login from a laptop make sure you’re logged into
your amazon account , then open a window, search this in google:
amazon.com/feedback and it will absolutely land you on all the feedback you
need to leave (rate your experience) and there is a tab at the top for
completed feedback (please click it) then go down to the feedback you left
-you can remove it there. Thank You
