Cancelling Global selling

I recently signed up for Global Selling to Canada, however, as I do Fulfilled by Merchant, I would like to only do U.S. as the cost of shipping is so high. I have my shipping settings set to the U.S., APO… I received an order from Canada today. I am not sure how I got this order or how to change settings. I was so sad to cancel the order but no way I could justify spending that much money in shipping. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Firstly, place the Canadian account on vacation settings:

And then disable international shipping using this link:
