Call back service unavailable
Hello everyone,
I am trying to contact seller support by phone but I keep getting the notification “call back service is unavailable”
I do have a pro seller account.
Normally I would call them and there is no issue. Even when I try with the help section the call back service I keep getting “call back service is unavailable” .
My account has been deactivated but already reinstated. During my suspension I was able to call seller support without any problems.
When I send an email about my issue I receive a respond 1 day or 2 days later. This is not helpful.
Anyone can advice me about this issue?

My call back service is still unavailable. And amazon is not responding yet. Seems like they are so busy lately.
Normally they respond within a few hours.
