Our buyer has received the item, one day later opened a return request due to “item has lots of scratches”, saying the box is ok but the product is damaged.
This is what we received. We have a lot more photos but since they show private info we did not include them.
The item is missing it’s serial number, as well as clearly has years of use, and has been swapped out with the new one and returned.
Can we refuse this return due to the missing serial number as per https://www.amazon.ca/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GMZNGRA9B5PCJB5F
