If only the Customer Reviews section had a clickable Order ID (like Seller feedback), so that we could refund or follow-up with customer. Too much trouble trying to find the person via Amazon Fulfilled shipments report (most of the time can’t anyways because the customer uses an obscure username). Fix this!!

When if any are you planning to display review responses on the mobile app? Currently, responses are only viewable on desktop.
Any plans for displaying a verified “Brand Owner” badge to review responses?
Reviews for brand owner FBA products that are entirely about the fulfillment experience (e.g. delivered late, wrong item received) should be struck through or removed similar to Seller Feedback.
how do I access this information? When I go to the Brand Benefits Tools Link nothing shows up. We are a Registered Brand so why isn’t it showing up on the Brand Benefits Tools?
Is this eBay’s version of Preview before creating a listing?
There are some great re-sellers out there who can build excellent content for Amazon detail pages… It’s unfortunate that you restrict all these great tools to only “brand owners” who may not do business with Amazon direct.
If you’re trying to cut-out all the resellers and channel partners of major brands by offering these exclusive tools as incentive then that’s even worse…
