by Seller_d2zudrylf1btO

Hi, I have been charged with 31.78 USD on my credit card with the issue ‘Amazon seller repay’, but I did not authorized this charge. What should I do?

Amazon does not need your permission to charge your credit card. You can open a case with seller support and ask what Amazon Seller Repay means.

It could be a refund issued to one of your buyers as a settlement after a dispute was closed, if you didn’t have enough balance to cover it.

You authorized Amazon to charge your credit card on file for any balance owed beyond what is in your Amazon account balance when you opened your seller account.
