Amazon Freight LTL - not picking up shipments since 10th June - Running out of stock at FBA no response from seller support

Hi,

Does any anyone have issues where BOL issued to “Amazon Freight LTL” not picking up shipments as per schedule?

I have shipments from original pick up date 10th June, which was missed. I contacted seller support and the ROC replied with rescheduled date as 22nd June, no one showed up again. In the meantime, we have three more shipments ready and no one showed up for pick up. Opened few cases and called seller support, no luck in getting any update.

We are running extremely low on our FBA inventory and I do not know what else can be done to get response form Amazon to pick up these shipments.

BOL issued to Amazon Freight LTL were picked up as per schedule for past many months. BOL issued to other carriers like REDDAWAY TRUCK LINE INC are still picking up our other shipments.

Does anyone have similar issues with BOL issued to “Amazon Freight LTL” and any suggestion on how to get them respond?

We deal with this issue frequently. It is a waste of time contacting Partner Support. Call NOC/ROC at 866-203-8372 and choose option 2. Expect to wait approx 10-15 min. Have the ARN ready and once connected ask to speak to the inbound freight team. They will be able to look at the ARN and get you re-scheduled.

We have 3 shipments that amazon LTL freight missed to pick up. One of them has been rescheduled 3 times since 6/19. Was supposed to pick up today but the driver noting showing up yet. Amazon keeps delaying the inbound pickups. We are now running very low stocks. Feeling hopeless. Now Praying to God for saving us from all the suffering.

We are still waiting from 6/12. Then they send us an email saying we need to restock.

Amazon Freight just puts the pickup up on the market and hopes that someone will do it.

If you are worried about running out of stock, you have the option to do FBM if you are willing and can do it.

We shipped for 40 days from South CA to North CA, finally, the pallet was lost
