A-TO-Z claim related---Amazon pay the refund?

by Seller_pjlNhY0GJXIq3

Hi dears~

ORDER|678x188
It’s our first time to have such a result A2Z notification from Amazon, does it mean Amazon paid the refund to the buyer? Because there is no payment deduct record for the order, so incredible!
The customer ever opened a return request, but never replied to our 6 messages about solutions, and the cyber free call# has been expired since the order had been delivered for weeks. Then the guy filed an a2z, and we failed to speak with him again, so we could only state the fact to Amazon and days later a notification above came.
We are sill confusion for the operation, can anyone help? Thx~~~:star_struck:

When Amazon covers the a-z, Amazon refunds the customer. You get to keep the money from the sale.
